On the day you start your free trial, you get instant access and start enjoying VIP membership. We'll then send you a reminder about when your trial will end, and, only if you haven't canceled beforehand, two weeks after starting your free trial, you'll be charged the VIP Membership fee.

You're free to cancel at any time during your free trial and, if you do, you won't be charged at all.

You can use your credit card or debit card to pay for VIP Membership and shop purchases.

If you do not have a credit or debit card you can use for online payments (such as some EFTPOS cards), please contact us and we can arrange manual payment via bank deposit.

We ask for payment details to get started with a free trial to keep your profile and the Wild Things community secure, and prevent abuse.

You will not be charged during your free trial and, if you cancel before the end of your trial you won't be charged at all.

So much of your VIP Membership is about you, your data, your goals and plans, and our VIP Discount codes are each strictly for use by the VIP account owner only.

To get the most of VIP membership, please do not share accounts. Remember, you can earn credit by getting your family members or mates to join.

Yes. If you have earned shop credit through referrals or trail directory submissions, contact us after paying for your VIP membership, and we'll refund the balance of your shop credit.

Currently we do not, but it is something we are actively exploring.

Sure, although it'd be sad to see you go, you can cancel your VIP Membership renewal at any time. If you cancel, you can continue to enjoy VIP access until your membership period expires.
