Te Kopahou can be accessed on the trails Aro Valley - Red Rocks Thigh Buster and Swallow's loop from our trail directory.

Can be approached from a long climb up from the Wellington Wind Turbine and past the Hawkins Hill radar dome or via a steep and gnarly track up from the Red Rocks. Great views across the Cook Strait and over to the South Island.
