Run down the gravel road until you get into the forest. Once in the forest turn left and follow the loop around until you get back to the gravel road again.
Nice forestry roads. Close to the beach for a swim afterwards.

Pretty forest and lots of fantails. It is all on gravel roads but most parts of the road had a nice layer of pines for cushioning so not as bad as I expected. Nice to do a flat trail for a change.

Pretty forest but take a dog or a friend for company as its a tad tedious. Sparky wasnt that keen on the the gravelly road but enjoyed the muddy stretch at the back. The Four Square down the road has a very good selection of post-run slices and coffee.
