Trail Reviews

Lovely little loop, I may be biased as I live in Ohakune 😂 all the trail sections are great, easy running. A little too much road , but I can look past that in this circumstance.

Enjoyable after work leg stretcher.... a bit much road and footpath trail to rate any higher though.

Great run for one of those days when you just want to churn out a few k's without being to stressed about elevation gain and if your staying in town you can pretty much just walk out your door and start the trail

Such a lovely river and forest loop! Was great to do when it was too windy to go up the mountain. We had a light dusting of snow on the trail which was really fun. If you start and stop at the beginning of the old coach road then it's a good spot for coffee at OCR cafe.
