Head into the bush and take a left pretty early on. Follow all the short detours (1-way) to view some historical items, then come back to the main track. Lots of interesting things to see along the way. Very well signposted route the whole way around. Hard to get lost!
A gorgeous old mine/railway line from way back! Great historical regions with lots of information on sign posts as you go around. A cool swing bridge about half way around too

I went in October, and the trails were non-existent, just streams! So if you like keeping your feet dry, this probably isn't the trail for you!
Be careful navigating through the streams as the stream beds are naturally a bit uneven and rocky

Nice to be in the bush.
Track straight and uninteresting in parts - follows an old railway line. Some awesome interesting bits too and a few short off shoots off the main track to check out.
Quite rocky underfoot on the way back lots of boardwalk too. Took me 45 minutes to run the loop.
